Those are not filings. OTC Markets is a paid PR company, not a regulator. The obviously bogus and fake "financials" that ELGL paid to be posted on their website are NOT filings. They are just stock promotion materials, and should not be considered factual by anyone at any time. Because they quite obviously were not.

Legitimate companies register and report to the SEC. Those that aren't, don't. And ELGL doesn't. They are a sham. And they have been from Day 1. Nothing has changed.
