They refiled the amendment to increase shares to pay off the loan/ death spiral to TCA. We all must vote against the increase!!

I don't like that news just SELL to another company already. Mr. Yates you are old just sell out already. More shares is just dilution? Why would the company need to issue shares to be bought?
