That's pretty much what we've been discussing in the past is that they have to name a manufacturer in the NDA filing. Now that the deal is likely made, which is why the NDA have finally been filed. So don't be surprised if they announce a partnership soon.
No doubt more than one companies were dealing with IPCI on Rexista. That will likely ended up being a better deal due to competition. The buy out rumor we keep hearing is likely the Rexista deal. This would be a great start for Christmas and new year holiday coming up. Something for many of us longs to celebrate over the holidays.
