Phase 3 results took it from 2 to 9 not cohen, he bought a week before results but we found that out later

Well, Steve Cohen has 100's if employees talking to people who are in the field (doctors, insiders, expert networks). So, it is easy to scoop out companies for nice returns.

He has invested in $DVAX, then the latter tanked. His success rate based on old interview is about 66%.
