As I have stated almost $800k was stock based expense. With the 13D filed Todd owns 22.1% of the O/S. Are these all stock options Magnum? With that being said they own more than 25% as the new person received I believe 2.5 Mi which would put there holding around 33%. Is this correct? Also how did they pay for their lab??
