That's a tough one DA.
I have my toy Poodle and he hates the snow also........matter of fact he stops walking when its cold enough. I have to go out and carry him in. He has boots but such a pain to put on.

See if you can get them used to puppy pads in a corner of your room. Once they get the scent and jist of the pads it may work.

During winter I am gone for 14-16 hours a day and the little guy is home by himself.......(I know, bad daddy) But he picked up on the pads right away!!
