Not sure if the judge can... but can the judge award damages? $250 billion swept so far... can the judge declare the $180 billion infusion marked and stamped paid. Could the judge then award damages to FnF the remaining 70 billion in difference... can the judge rule that the U.S. backs FnF and allow them to retain earnings till at such time they have adequate capital against future losses? If as someone has proposed the NWS is illegal and the preferred's are as well, what does this do for the share price...

Many if's but, just wondering "if" possible and where would that put us?
