Delaware was Moving very FAST which prompted the GOVT's Hail mary

motion to combine many of the Cases which caused a STAY of the progress ...

THAT ridiculous MOTION was easily DENIED but it got the GOVT another DELAY

the SAME DAY the Motion was Denied - JUDGE Steele (our lawyer) applied for

a court DATE to RESUME the DELAWARE CASE and we have yet to GET A COURT DATE

from JUDGE SLEET in DELAWARE - dunno what in hell is the delay "now" other

than JUDGES are waiting for the results of the PERRY APPEAL ... that's IT :-)
