I believe when Trump said, "Drain the swamp," he was referring to the corruption and bad things in Washington, and the government and politics and the whole ball of wax. It is what he was always saying. People want a change.

There will be a large attrition of most of the people you have mentioned just due to the change of administration.

It all sounds good to me, but there are things we can all do to help out ... Step One is to stop listening to the MSM.
