There is no evidence that FDA changed their minds.

Nasrat (an insider) has stated otherwise. What should he do to prove the reverse decisions committed by the FDA?...post internal documents...videos of the meetings between FDA/ELTP...provide a sworn affidavit? NO. Nasrat is a major shareholder and the President/CEO and if he says (on public record) the FDA changed their mind then that is good enough for me.
