This kind of deceptive language is typical Marshall. US market entry under what conditions? Previously Marshall stated they needed the FDA stamp of approval as a final step to be able to sell. Apparently they don't have it yet.

If they had approval to begin sales to hospitals he would have said so. Instead we get another con job further undermining any confidence anyone has in his leadership abilities.
