Cromulent Labs did not purchase a licensing agreement from FARE.

there is absolutly no connection, unless FARE decides to sue Cromulent for TM infringement on their app name, there is literally a space that is the difference between the two.

wild speculation trying to connect FARE with any legit business, especially UBER, Lyft or any of the real players in the industry is completely baseless.

just so you know, Cromulent Labs is a very small startup in San Francisco, i really wouldn't be surprised if it was only one person.
