agree, chuckbits, and all indications are for a favorable outcome. consider how many years of their lives roche and pacchini have spent with RVUE. it's not just a monetary investment.
i'll go out on a limb and say RVUE became much more of an OTC sensation than any of the insiders had anticipated, or ever wanted. this is their party, and "going dark" was how they took the punch bowl away from most retail traders. now they can work their magic.
roche is a brilliant guy, based on everything i've read. going dark had a short term chilling effect on the stock, but now that we're bottoming and bouncing, i think about how the market might react if they do something major behind the scenes... then put out a PR.
a sudden flash of light in the dark would give folks close to the deal a way to legally load up without worrying about disclosure issues.
and the OTC herd would react accordingly. the chase would be on, and the ask would be incredibly thin.
this is how i always saw RVUE taking off, like a wild bull of a stock when everything was set to go. i just didn't anticipate it happening as a non-filer, but mysteries move stocks, and robert w. roche is looking very shrewd right now.
