I think shareholders would indeed be able to win a suit just because of the PRs Bates released telling shareholders that share prices would recover, blah, blah, blah. But that would cost a pretty penny.

Then we can all get together and see how we can divvy up all of the company's remaining assets which might total $1.98, or thereabouts, over 3 to 4 billion shares! That should be fun!
