The post wasn't about the salaries, but part of a discussion the board was having about the Form 4s. In and of themselves, I would agree that....

Salaries from 2014 are irrelevant.

I wasn't discussing the financials either.

With that being said financials from 2014 shouldn't be discussed

Is there a list of things that are verboten to discuss that I'm unaware of?
