I understand allinone's opinion that the asset transfer will be the catalyst to push this company, but (1) it may not be what we hope to see (50-50), (2) the value may not be that significant (unlikely but possible) and (3) it may not give us any insight into their operations/deals/revenue/growth (imo, very likely).

allinone also stated that his crystal balls see the financials coming this week. i believe that they are available to them now, but will not be released until much later (pro-forma statement indicated mid-September).

so, i am a little skeptical, in the sense that the breakout may not come about this week.

of course, allinone's crystal balls are the nuts. it's almost as if he is connected to the company in some way. :)

p.s. i am homophobicaly adding 'crystal' whenever i write 'allinone' and 'balls' in the same sentence.
