Have you looked at the corp docs for Life Patch Intl? I'm wondering who the officers/shareholders are. The address is a sf house in Las Vegas in the Lone Mountain area, probably not too far from Garnick's office, although there may be absolutely no connection. I saw somewhere that Ramon has been with PPHM at least 14 years. Could his patent with Bridget Phan be outside PPHM?

Ramon's LinkedIn profile says he developed and validated tests for some inter-ocular lens manufacturing for Allergan. While at PPHM? Doesn't state when. It also says he was involved in negotiating $425 mil agreements.
