The address is zoned for commercial use and being pumped by realtors as a nice area for a retail/office space. It is being sold for the land not the buildings on it. In all honesty I do not care about the address.
As far as the new WOGI Website it was built using WIX.com. Reading the WIX.com website WOGI can transfer its godaddy account to WIX and keep the start date of its godaddy account. Point is I like the new WOGI website over the old one.
WOGI updated its website which is a positive thing.
