Actually the buyer is putting in a order for maybe 10,000 shares or more. What occurred was the order was not a AON "all or none" order. So they sell them 1 or 2 share at the price they're bidding. They are paying commissions on 1 and 2 shares. Sometimes paying commissions twice at 1 share each trade. Shares are thin and few currently.
Put in AON orders if you want to get your orders filled completely.
