You can be having conversations, but would not want to leave anything behind in writing, no brochures, marketing materials, etc..

Most smart med device companies will only engage confidential information, until FDA approval, under non-disclosure agreements. You can interact with customers, but I would limit to partners and not a full on blast to the market. Besides, with Titan's limited # of employees, they don't have the bandwidth right now to be setting up a high volume of these meetings.

So you can do it, but you have to be working with your compliance/legal team to be sure you are not putting the company at risk of fines or lawsuits. Experienced medical device sales executives know how to go to market pre-FDA. In this aspect, very different than many other industries. Apple can show off any future product they want, they may choose not to as they don't want to cannibalize sales today, but they can do a full out marketing blitz if they want. In med device sales you can't do that.
