Mike it truly is unbelievable. DFI never did any work on it....that was proven in the court decision. DFMI and then Dimension has done all of the work in developing it.
Why in the world would Cavanaugh spend 12 million shares for a codec that was never developed? He's such a teller of mistruths. In his 11/11 letter to shareholders he stated that seeing the VDK2.0 in action is what attracted him to TMM.
I guess this minion doesn't think anyone reads, nor remembers his communications. Some think that this release brought new life into TMM. Unbelievable!
