Well at the current pps there is a minimum of 125,000,000 shares in he one $75,000 CD we know is coming in January...

My guess is there are at least another 200,000,000 shares to be converted...

The pps can't move with such dilution on the way...

The CEO is saying anything to try to get the pps higher so he's not killed by conversions.
