Then why the need to give yourself 500,000,000 voting rights?? If it does not matter at all why ensure yourself that even if the OS starts pushing a billion shares you can still have dictator rights on all corporate actions..

One reason to give yourself 500,000,000 in voting rights is if you know the AS WILL be going up shortly followed by the OS pushing a billion shares.,,
