Despite the Federal indictments on multiple counts of bank, wire and mail fraud, the inhabitants are now relying on David Foley's "return" to take them to the promised land.

Same scumbag that ripped off the inhabitants of pumperville for tens upon tens of millions of ill-gotten dollars via the funneling of hundreds of millions of shares to his fake loan front Royal Capital Group, all while driving NTEK's PPS down to the triple zero basement while he sat in Federal Prison.
