PLEASE BE SPECIFIC...What 3 indicators?

With no positive catalysts in the near-term, and with TAX-LOSS selling season, I see nothing but downward pressure on the share price for the next 40 days and beyond.

And I see a sub-$1.00 share price, delisting, reverse split and more toxic financing in the NEW YEAR.

Please notice my specifics.
