ahaha no but YOU need to know that this stock is a shame..
i think people wo shold there share recently are smart and happy to stay away from this POS managed by a guy who earn 200000 dollars a year and doing nothing for this company.

So, I have been digging into this even deeper and perhaps I am not clear on this, but it looks like WDHR started with an SEC "Form D", did it bascially revert back to a "FORM D" and an amendment can be filed at anytime (mybguess is end of year or just after new years to bring it "current" again??

or have I lost my mind??
