You can find there also rulings released on a Monday and Thursday for example. So why not today on a Wednesday? I know, they usually are released on Tuesdays and Fridays, but there are definitely exceptions from that rule. Look it up...

But I think the likelihood we see a ruling today is very small...

this was not tuesday or friday rathar monday. you search through the history, many of them are on wednesday
