Why are you worried about it? This latest move by them is insane, the entire premise of this company was to manufacture batteries, so they sell that part of it for 350K to their main related party? What's left? I'm just trying to figure all this out. You can't with a straight face tell me this isn't suspect, it looks like to avoid bankrupting the stock holding entity they sold company itself.
