Again...youre not understanding. What is going on is called shorting against the box. The lender is shorting at will knowing they will be getting the shares to cover at 77% of the share price. If you were them would you rather convert at $25 or $2? Use your head dude. Like I said this kind of thing is rampant in pennyland.
