I THINK .18 IS POSSIBLE. Remember 18 is a significant # for HCTI. In '15 it hit a couple of times in various forms, but if you look at a 4 or 6mo chart you will see the tall, red candle which speaks volumes. I will be watching closely and posting and to all, feel free to ask any tech questions you wish.
This may be a bit ambitious in 4 mos but I think we'll see it in '17.
