HOWEVER,

Management ( Gene) is in negotiations with Holiday Island Development Corporation (Tom), the exclusive developer of Holiday Island, Arkansas, to purchase a 2.5 acre tract on land ( that Tom owns-post #6757) in the Holiday Island shopping center with frontage on a major state scenic highway and adjacent to its medical complex now consisting of 2 medical clinics and a heliport. The Company plans to utilize the property further adding to its existing medical services.

Gene works for Tom as his VP at Holiday Island Development Corporation, what am I missing here?
