Don't count on that it might be the acquiring company buying all these shares and won't announce until the PPS is way higher.

But there could be other companies lurking and then it's a fight to the finish. Anyway it goes everybody is watching and a break to 60 70 will alert everybody, traders and all. Then PTN will be a unstoppable force.
