No one could reasonably answer that question since it is based on too much speculation.

If, as you claim....

a.) Positive Court Ruling
b.) Sweep Ends
c.) Warrants are Conceded
d.) Overpayment is given back to the company.

Then, yes...I believe all lawsuits would go away....

But these extras you have in there of....

a.) Government settles by converting to commons and running the GSEs as a utility.
b.) Issuing New Jr Preferred.

These would likely add new lawsuits...and the settlement is all but impossible since every lawsuit would have to agree.
