I have thought that the whole process is much more clearly structured. How can it ever come to an end when there are reviews and comment periods over and over again?
How often can you actually ask to have the same question answered?
By the way, what is the next milestone after eventually having received the swap or do we fall than into another long whole of non information and declining pps?
