I suspect this is not a priority on Trumps first day's agenda. Most investors are going to wait for clarity before committing more funds. I believe Trump will instruct Sessions on giving states authority on this issue. Whats the alternative? spend billions enforcing an unenforceable law? force a proven billion dollar industry underground with proceeds smuggeld to the cartels of south america? I think Not... i see a BIG BUYING opportunity on the horizon. All IMHO
