As always, thanks GT for always posting the FACTS!!!! I find it hilarious that those that do post the FACTS(that everyone can look up and confirm) are the one's that are supposedly spinning things. Not sure how some can understand the patents, if DATED material is confusing.

I for one am not surprised they instituted the review, statistically it was bound to happen. I was more shocked the Unified petition was denied.

I agree 100%, however, after Unified was denied, I honestly thought there was a great chance of Apple being denied. So I was surprised by that. Sure, it sucks this thing gets pushed out, but VPLM is prepared for this and I continue to love their chances.
