I would be willing to bet we have been seeing that dilution for some time, now...i.e. CDEL. I am curious to the projected amount of time before a decision is made (wrt funding sources)? With CDEL still on the ask, it would appear that either we are funding the operations or contributing to the base necessary to obtain the European financing. True. Either way, we will be seeing money to begin construction. It's just a matter of when and can shareholders support the pps until that time. IMO
