1. Who knows! I would say watching L2 when things were cranking to the upside and even on downside it moves quickly. So my guess is there are many people who don't post here regularly that are holders of many shares.
2. The PR's were somewhat used to rid the convertible notes but if you do the DD you will see that they have the coal side of things pretty much in place. The MJ side is a wildcard but I care mostly about getting the coal side operational and producing revenues. Prices for the coal they mine are crazy high and they have it. So to me it's only a matter of time before the stock cranks north. We need the recent 8K for confirmation of Friday's PR but getting back to current status with all Filings will be massive. The CEO has been honest about the debt and he has worked hard to get rid of it IMO.
