Yup BSHG shows 3.5 mil float but its only traded a handful of times. There are some people who never sell their shares. They could be in accounts that never get logged into. They could be paper certs deposited years ago but never truly touched the float. A lot of scenarios but L2 and historical always paint the true picture.
