1. Since June 2016 we now have a commercially viable product. Yes its taken $100m and 15 plus years but we have arrived.

Even though Beggar stated outright that the viability and efficacy was not yet proven, and specifically said to the SEC he states that in every Q. I wonder why he does? 6 months later, still not installed and resuming the 30 day pre-test.. 6 MONTHS!
And $100 mil was not spent on the AOTee. Most of that cash, around 80% of it was blown on fees and management, with a little "R&D" sprinkled in to make the other 7 sham ripoff fake products used to fleece said investors.

Other than KMI which he may or may not still be dealing with, which other billion dollar company exactly?

3. QS client list is growing as Tao is testing and providing analysis to over a dozen plus oil companies.

They don't have a single "client", and Tao's testing is simply sourcing oil samples. Means nothing. Anyone can do that.

4. Pps is terrible and Bigger performance is a reflection of that.

How so exactly? What can he do differently with a product that doesn't work?

Because they don't have adoption YET you can't use proven.

Where is this report showing it's efficacy and commercial viability? Where is this 4 months test exactly? When a biotech invents a new drug can they not call it safe even though they have done 3 phases of testing, passed the FDA, UNTIL they actually have it for sale?
