A partnership provides the much needed capital for up listing and future trials. At this juncture it's critical.

I agree in principle that a partnership is not absolutely necessary if the results are as good as I predict, but a partnership is still highly desirable.

Currently Cellceutix has no salesforce, distribution channels, marketing department, advertising department, accounting department, etc, etc, etc

A big pharmaceutical partner would bring an existing support structure need ed to generate and support $billions per year in sales of Prurisol as soon as possible. The bigger and more respected the partner the better for worldwide sales.
