Yes I saw that transaction, although there are no details given, obviously it was not purchased through the open market since the volume wasn't even there on that date. Also I'm puzzled because they will come out with their numbers within the next day or two (they should) and obviously he is not allowed to buy before any material event or numbers come out IMO. So the timing is rather strange.
