Yes, Kramden1 is correct. I trade with USAA and they have a 180 day GTC/AoN.
The rub is, there is a max electronic transaction limit of $250K!
That said, it was simple (but tedious if you have a lot of hundreds/thousands/millions of shares), I set my GTC to $5 per 50,000 share blocks. But hey, I'll take a $249,991K payout (less the $9 fee) ....
And as a last resort, you can call the trading desk and have them do it for you...
