I agree. With any luck, maybe they will take over the shell. millions worth of NOLs here so millions in future profits could be written off. It's one of the cleanest shells out there so hopefully someone uses it. It's pretty easy to abandon the dissolution. Just have to fill out a form and pay a couple hundred dollars. All debts have been paid off so no liabilities.
I just don't get why Alan or John Meckler don't use the shell. It's a great way to help fund startups too. Easy to abandon dissolution and Alan owns over 40% of the company
