I will not call this anymore a company. its a project now defined by many "if" or "if not". Anyway i lost sometime looking over the worthless FINRA webpage to see if they have them listed in anyway as investigated, arrested, demanded or else and nothing showed up. They are as suspicious in their own inquires as the companies they investigate but they are suspect they are protecting themselves from legal action. in their business everyone is looking to summons someone else for compensation rewards an else an even notice some companies have taken them to the courts as well in the past and have still open cases

you are right, assumptions are dangerous (see Drumph)...It is best to stay safe and post accordingly.
