I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "how to read those numbers in the link" but I'll do my best to describe what I know about this and if I miss something... feel free to ask. numbers in the link I think you are referring to the boxes with numbers in them? * Each box represents hours in the future. See red annotations Box = "3 hrs" each box generates a snapshot graphic and is displayed below on the globes.
If you set up the choices like I have mine set... See black Ovals annotations and click [Animate] Set the speed as slow as it will go so it loads each future graphic. After it cycles through all the boxes... "loads all the future graphics in que" you can change the speed of it to fast and watch the future like a video. You can stop it, rock it forward and back. I stopped this run on Dec 2nd, box [312] and took a snapshot of it. three hundred and twelve hrs from from the time I started this run. This website updates every 4hrs. And as all forecasting tools, things can change the further out in time you go.
