I saw a write up on a private message board yesterday with the inclusion of some figures suggesting the shares were actually worth around $1.90 roughly.

I don't own but definitely considering.
For those who are more familiar with the company I'm wondering what the possible downside is.?
How has management seemed uninterested in retail shareholders? Have they already demonstrated dodgy behavior? Could they lose their legal cases? Will any funds won, be reinvested in the business and are they definitely engaged in growing their business? ( unlike some other situations where management is just waiting around for a big payoff from a legal settlement).
