$CGRA literally only has 8 years max to make a shit ton of money off oil and retire the company in another direction after that. This company will be worth over a dollar and it will come as quick as flipping a switch and generating millions of dollars a month off oil.

then they can focus on how to continue making profit with the company such as upscaling the 2 000 000 sq ft. of industrial land they have into a gigantic MJ farm like copper state farms has done. They sure would have enough money and the west coast even Canada and international may have supply opportunities by then. tear down everything and use the billions in oil revenue to build a state of the art grow facility.
