Very good speech, alan, very good!
What a disastrous week for shareholders:((( i'm really sad to see all those money burned. As like i'm still in and it's my money. I suppose, they are wise enough to sell all they have. Such a big volumes may come only from investors and management. I mean, 2 days in a row volume over 40k, with average, as i saw earlier vere not higher than 5. That means sells sells and sells. Consequently it indicates leaving of moneys, its not manipulation, its selloff. Prepare to see some news like "default" or liquidation of business. Sigma wont survive (give 10% for that) after such movements.

Hold on, its a stock market. And again - my apologize to all:( i've been in such situation with SunEdison stock.

I "borrowed" your post and sent it via Witty. I knew you would say yes if I'd asked in advance. I suggest any other longs contact Sigma one way or another.

I also believe some kind of investigation is in order, possibly leading to a class action lawsuit. I want to know how the "dots" have led us to this point. Does Mark Cola have any relation with the new financier in Australia? Is he dipping on both ends? Has anybody been to the office where all this activity is supposed to be taking place? Is everything we've been told for real? Is there anything that would raise flags with the SEC? The tone changed quickly - like he has picked his timing to get out with what he can take with him. I'm a software engineer and not a big stock player. Has anybody watching this board been through something similar and know how to go about this? If our investment is going to burn, I want those responsible to go down with it, not to come out ahead.

It would appear that our "independent" board of directors are on an extended leave-of-absence. They have a fiduciary duty to look out for shareholder's best interests. Perhaps a class action lawsuit would be just the thing to make them sit up and take notice of what is occurring. They are long overdue in taking corrective action:
