I have some of them and here are my opinions

1)Their new drugs laws are more relaxed than ours and easy to reach market than ours
2)Their investments banks give pharmaceutical companies more support than our controlled especial interests ones
3)The have kept old traditional laws that are no subject to our check and balances
4)Their district laws are very independent of our state laws from gov control and see a bigger picture at districts instead of our state by state internal control and barrier of especial interests

if history serves you well check internet for old historic handle of commodities as tea and even heavy licours

Now one thing to keep always in mind if you get in canadian stocks if that you are dealing with canadian dollars not US dollars
